About Us
Hi, my name is Lisa Preston, I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 7 years and practising for 12. Trained in Hatha, Kundalini, Meditation, Reiki, Conscious Pregnancy & Restorative yoga, my true passion is Meditation, Relaxation and supporting women through all stages of life. My yoga draws on all of the modalities, but especially on the Kundalini tradition. My aim is to create a beautifully nurturing space to support every person in their practice.
