Warners Bay Pilates, formerly known as Ajillity Pilates, is a well established, fully equipped, boutique Pilates Studio located in Lake Macquarie.
Here at Warners Bay Pilates we work in conjunction with numerous Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and other Allied health professionals to ensure that all clients receive the most effective personal health, fitness and wellness benefits.

Whether you are injured, unfit or need that next step, here at Warners Bay Pilates we have a program to meet your requirements. Our studio holds personal sessions with the use of the traditional Pilates equipment that provides you with individual attention with professional and experienced staff members. We design, teach and modify basic advanced level classes, integrating mat and small equipment with variety and to meet the specific needs and goals of our clients. The studio sessions are the most versatile and effective form of Pilates suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
